When should I order my invitations?

We recommend ordering your invitations about 2 – 4 months before you need them in hand.

Once you place your order, you'll receive a proof within 2 business days.

The proofing process usually takes 1 – 2 weeks depending how quickly you send your updates to us.

Printing for thermography is 3 weeks and for digital/flat is 1 week. Then remember to allow time for shipping.

When should I send my invitations?

Mailing invitations 8 weeks prior to your wedding date is most standard.

What should my RSVP date be?

A general guideline is to use 1 month prior to your wedding date as your rsvp date. If you have a venue that needs more time or you have a destination wedding where more time is needed, please plan accordingly.

When should Save the Dates be sent?

We recommend sending save the dates 6 – 8 months prior to your wedding date. If you are having a destination wedding, sending 8 months – 1 year ahead is recommended.

Can I change the print color and font on my invitation?

We are happy to customize your invitations for you. We are not able to change the colors on our floral graphics, but customize the color for most other items.

Can I order matching day of stationery to coordinate with my invitations?

Yes! We are happy to design any paper products you need.

Can I order your design only and print it myself (a printable file)?

We do not offer pdf printables for our wedding invitations.

Will the print color look like the color on my computer screen?

We strongly recommend ordering a sample so you may see our print colors in person. Monitors can read colors quite differently depending on your calibrations and therefore seeing a sample in person is always the best option.

Can I add meal choices to my RSVP card?

Yes! Adding meal choices is no problem. If you prefer graphics for your meal choices (cow, fish, carrot) we are happy to use those also.

I purchased a monogram elsewhere and would like to use it for my invitation. Can you include it on the invitation?

Usually we can. We'll need to see the file first to be sure it's a high res image that will print well. With thermography we can only incorporate 1 color monograms. If you have a watercolor monogram it will need to be on flat/digitally printed invitations or we can incorporate it on your envelope or belly band (with flat printing).

Do you offer custom designs?

From time to time we do, it truly depends on our schedule availability. Reach out to us and let us know what you are looking for and we'll go from there.

Are proofs included with every order?

Yes! With your invitation order, you'll receive a pdf of your order within 2 business days of placing your order. You'll have 2 additional rounds of proofs for any changes to make sure your suite is absolutely perfect.

Do my invitations arrive assembled?

No, they do not. Your invitations will arrive with each piece in a stack (stack of invitation cards, stack of invitation envelopes, stack of rsvp cards, etc). Assembly instructions & mailing tips will also be sent with your order.

Do you proofread and check the spelling of my order?

We do not. We will print your order exactly as shown on your proofs. Our focus is on the design and we ask that you thoroughly review your proofs and have a few “fresh set of eyes” (friends, parents) review them too.

Can samples be customized or can you print 1 set of my invitation proofs before I order?

Samples are not able to be customized as they are pre-printed. For thermography orders, we are not able to print a set of proofs. For invitation orders, we can print your invitation card only for your review. There is a $25 fee for the invitation card print.
