Changes to Order

Blush Paperie will create an initial order proof + 2 additional proofs of your order at no additional charge. If you require complete design change or additional proofs, there will be a $25 fee per additional proof.

 


 

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Blush Paperie immediately. Orders cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. If digital proofs have already been provided (work has been done), Blush Ppaerie will be able to refund 50% of your order total. If your order has been approved by you and is in the process of being printed or already printed, we are not able to offer a refund for any portion of your payment.

 


 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our personalized products, returns are not allowed. It is solely the client’s responsibility to ensure that all data contained within the printed materials is correct (including spelling and omissions - NO exceptions). If the error is Blush Paperie’s, we will do everything we can to correct the problem immediately.

 

 

Digital Calligraphy (guest addressing)

If you order guest addressing/digital calligraphy, please be sure to check your envelopes once you receive them. Guest addressing is reviewed in house before your order is shipped, however it is very important to double check your envelopes before they are mailed.

 


 

Marketing

We reserve the right to use photos of all printed invitations for marketing purposes.

 


 

Additional Quantity

We strongly recommend ordering at least 10% more invitations then you need. There is a 75 piece minimum order for Thermography printed pieces and a 25 piece minimum order for digitally/flat printed pieces. Unfortunately we are not able to print under our minimums and therefore needing to add a few additional pieces after your order is incredibly expensive.

 


 

Shipping

Be sure to enter all pertinent information with regards to your shipping address, such as apartment numbers, for correct delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that addresses given to Blush Paperie as shipping destination will be received by the customer. In the event customer makes any alteration to shipping address after package has been scanned into the FedEx system, Blush Paperie is not responsible for any delay or additional charges that may incur as a result of changes made by the customer.

 

**ALL shipments over $400 will require a signature upon delivery. FedEx will make 3 delivery attempts. Please send your package to a work address or address with a doorman if possible so that you will receive your package on the 1st delivery attempt. FedEx will return package after 3 attempts & client will be responsible for additional shipping costs. **
